Spiced Chocolate Cookies

Preparation

  1. Beat together margarine, sugar, yogurt, orange juice and mustard. Sift cocoa powder and flour and add to the mix, blending to a soft dough.
  2. Form into walnut-sized balls, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Set oven at 375 deg. F, 190 deg. C or Gas mark 5.
  3. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 45 cookies.
