Ham, Pear and Cheese Croissants
Ingredients
- 2 Croissants
- 2 tsp Colman’s English Mustard, or to taste
- 8 wafer thin ham slices 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and sliced
- 4 thin slices of mature Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Split the croissants and thinly spread the mustard over the
cut surfaces. Top up with ham, pears and cheese.
- Cook under a medium hot grill until the cheese melts
and bubbles.
